Affiliate Program Terms

To participate in the affiliate program, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Hold an active Virlo account in good standing
• Apply through the official affiliate application and receive written approval from Virlo's affiliate team

We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion and are not required to provide a reason for rejection.

Commission Duration: Lifetime of referred customer

• Commissions are calculated on net revenue, excluding taxes, chargebacks, and refunded amounts.
• Payments are processed monthly via PayPal or bank transfer. Payout method must be configured in your affiliate dashboard before the payment date.
• Balances below the $50 USD minimum threshold will roll over to the following month.

Each approved affiliate receives a unique tracking link. Conversions are attributed to the last affiliate click within a 60-day cookie window. If a referred user clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent click before conversion receives the commission.

Self-referrals — using your own affiliate link to sign up for Virlo or upgrade your own account — are strictly prohibited. Self-referrals detected by our system will result in immediate commission reversal and may result in permanent removal from the program.

Affiliates may not engage in any of the following:

• Bidding on Virlo's branded keywords in paid search campaigns (e.g. "Virlo", "virlo.ai", or any variation)
• Making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Virlo's features, pricing, or results
• Using spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive tactics to drive referrals
• Creating fake accounts or generating fraudulent conversions by any means
• Offering cash-back incentives or unauthorized discounts to referred users
• Self-referrals or referring individuals you control or are employed by

Violations may result in commission reversal, suspension, or permanent termination from the program without notice.

You may use Virlo’s officially provided marketing materials (banners, copy, screenshots, demo videos) in your promotional activities. All provided assets remain the property of Red Lab, LLC.

If you create custom content to promote Virlo, it must accurately represent the product and its capabilities. You may not make claims that Virlo has not verified or endorsed. We reserve the right to request the modification or removal of any affiliate content that we determine to be misleading, off-brand, or in violation of these terms.

All promotional content must comply with applicable advertising disclosure laws, including FTC guidelines where applicable. You are responsible for clearly disclosing your affiliate relationship.

Either party may terminate this affiliate agreement with 30 days’ written notice to the other party. Virlo may terminate this agreement immediately and without notice in cases of fraud, prohibited conduct, or material breach of these terms.

Upon termination: pending commissions for valid, confirmed conversions that occurred prior to the termination date will be paid out at the next regular payment cycle; future referral tracking via your affiliate link ceases immediately upon termination.

Commission disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant commission report being issued. Disputes submitted after 30 days will not be investigated. To raise a dispute, contact [email protected] with your account email, the report period in question, and a description of the discrepancy.

We may update these affiliate program terms at any time. We will provide 14 days’ advance notice of material changes by email to your registered affiliate account address. Continued participation in the affiliate program after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
