By accessing or using Virlo and any services operated by Red Lab, LLC (collectively, “Virlo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the platform.
These Terms cover the Virlo marketing site (virlo.ai), the main application (app.virlo.ai), the Virlo Developer API (dev.virlo.ai), the Virlo iOS app, and any other product, service, or integration we provide. If a specific product surface has its own additional terms, those apply alongside — not instead of — these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to access or use Virlo. Your continued use of Virlo after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone else who accesses or uses the service, whether as an individual or on behalf of an organization. If you are using Virlo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Virlo is a short-form video intelligence platform that provides automated data collection, competitive analytics, outlier detection, and AI-assisted content creation tools for marketers, agencies, content operators, and developers. The platform covers TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads.
Virlo is owned and operated by Red Lab, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Core capabilities include, but are not limited to: Custom Niches, Orbit Search, the Tracking Center, the Content Studio, Media Generation, Data Exports, third-party integrations, and the Virlo Developer API.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
To access Virlo’s features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to keep this information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and access tokens, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@virlo.ai if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any compromise of an API key.
You may not create more than one personal account. Users on a Team plan may provision seats for additional team members in accordance with their plan’s seat limits. Sharing a single account across multiple individuals is not permitted outside of a Team plan.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Virlo account. We reserve the right to refuse registration, cancel accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
You agree to use Virlo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service, or interfere with any other party’s use of the service.
Without limiting the foregoing, you specifically agree not to:
Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. Our complete enforcement policy is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.
The Virlo Developer API, accessible at dev.virlo.ai, is offered as a paid, metered product and is governed by these Terms together with any API-specific documentation. By using the API, you additionally agree that:
API documentation, status, and changelog are published at dev.virlo.ai. We may deprecate endpoints with reasonable notice in the changelog.
Virlo operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you perform scrapes, run Orbit Search queries, process AI operations, call the Developer API, and use certain Content Studio features. Credit costs per operation are displayed within the platform and may vary based on the scope of the request.
The following billing terms apply:
For refund eligibility and conditions, please refer to our Refund Policy.
The Virlo platform, including its software, data infrastructure, algorithms, design, visual interfaces, brand assets, trademarks, and all related documentation, is the exclusive property of Red Lab, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the platform or its underlying technology.
Content that you create, upload, or generate using Virlo’s tools — including briefs, reports, scripts, and creative outputs produced by the Content Studio or Media Generation features — belongs to you. By using these features, you grant Red Lab, LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
We do not use your private workspace content to train our own AI models or those of any third-party model provider. Aggregated, de-identified usage signals may be used to improve platform performance and reliability.
You may not use Virlo’s trademarks, logos, or brand materials without prior written consent from Red Lab, LLC.
Virlo collects and processes publicly available data from third-party social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta. Red Lab, LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any of these platforms.
The availability of data from any third-party platform is subject to change at any time based on those platforms’ own policies, technical changes, or access restrictions. Virlo does not guarantee continuous availability of data from any specific platform or source, and changes in third-party platform policies are not grounds for a refund.
You agree not to use data obtained through Virlo in violation of any third-party platform’s terms of service, applicable data protection laws, or any other applicable regulations.
For details on how we collect, store, and use data — including our subprocessor list and international transfer mechanisms — please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Virlo’s Content Studio, Media Generation, and other AI-assisted features rely on large language models and image-generation models provided by third parties, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and OpenRouter. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
Red Lab, LLC respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that material accessible on or through Virlo infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent at info@virlo.ai with subject line “DMCA Notice.”
Your notice must include: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the location of the allegedly infringing material on Virlo; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the DMCA. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
THE VIRLO PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. RED LAB, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RED LAB, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO RED LAB, LLC IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Red Lab, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from (a) your use of and access to Virlo; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right; or (d) any content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the service.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to Virlo at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the platform, or is otherwise objectionable.
You may cancel your Virlo subscription at any time through your account’s billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until the period ends, after which your account will be downgraded or deactivated.
Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — shall survive.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of Virlo shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Delaware, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
We may update or revise these Terms from time to time at our discretion. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.
Your continued use of Virlo following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations.
