Virlo offers a subscription-based SaaS service. Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate access to platform data upon subscription, our refund policy is outlined below. By subscribing to Virlo, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation, your access to Virlo will continue until the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after that date.
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
To request a refund on an annual subscription, contact [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase date with your account email and order details.
Unused credits are non-refundable. Credits are consumed when you run data operations — including scrapes, Orbit searches, and AI generation tasks.
We do not refund credits for operations that returned no results due to platform data limitations (e.g. a niche with limited available content). It is your responsibility to evaluate a niche before running large credit operations.
