Virlo offers a subscription-based SaaS service with a 7-day free trial. After the 7-day trial is complete, no refunds will be issued. By subscribing to Virlo, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
Every new subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be billed according to the plan you selected.
After the 7-day trial is complete, no refunds will be issued — this applies to all monthly and annual subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation, your access to Virlo will continue until the end of your current billing period; you will not be charged again after that date.
Unused credits are non-refundable. Credits are consumed when you run data operations — including scrapes, Orbit searches, and AI generation tasks.
We do not refund credits for operations that returned no results due to platform data limitations (e.g. a niche with limited available content). It is your responsibility to evaluate a niche before running large credit operations.
We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following cases:
